This policy applies to the SSS Infinity Production website, project enquiries and related media-production services. It is intended as a practical website and service-policy summary, not a substitute for a signed project agreement. If a signed proposal, estimate, production agreement or statement of work conflicts with this page, the signed project document will govern that project to the extent of the conflict.
When you contact us, request an estimate or discuss a project, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, organisation, project brief, preferred services, budget range, timeline and information you choose to share. We may also receive production materials such as scripts, briefs, brand guidelines, photographs, video, audio, interview details, release forms and reference links.
Basic technical information such as browser/device details, pages visited, approximate usage data and security logs may be processed to operate and protect the website.
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare estimates and proposals, plan and deliver production work, coordinate shoots, communicate about edits and approvals, deliver files, provide support, maintain records, improve the website and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with team members, freelancers, production crew, editors, cloud-storage or delivery providers, communication tools and other vendors only where reasonably needed for the enquiry or project. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no website, email or file-transfer method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use an agreed secure transfer method for confidential or sensitive footage.
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, delivery, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution and business records. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. To make a request, contact us using the details provided in your project agreement or the Contact page.

The client is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for materials supplied to us, including logos, photographs, footage, music, scripts, artwork, locations, trademarks and personal data. The client must obtain appropriate participant, performer, interviewee, property and location releases, and any guardian consent required for minors, unless the project agreement expressly assigns that task to us.
We will use supplied materials only for the agreed project and related production purposes. Please tell us in writing about any confidentiality, embargo, consent, safeguarding or usage restrictions before production begins.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, each party retains ownership of materials it owned or created independently before the project. Client-supplied materials remain the client's responsibility. Final deliverables, raw footage, project files, editable timelines, unused takes, drafts and source assets are not automatically transferred together; the estimate or written agreement must specify what is included.
Third-party music, fonts, stock footage, photographs, plugins and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licence terms. A licence may limit platforms, territory, duration, paid advertising, broadcast, modification or transfer. We cannot grant rights broader than the licence obtained. The client should obtain written approval before reusing deliverables outside the agreed scope.
Production dates depend on crew, equipment, locations, weather, permits, talent availability and client readiness. The client should provide timely access, accurate briefs, approvals, brand assets, participants and location permissions. Delays or changes may affect delivery dates and costs. Any rescheduling, overtime, travel, accommodation, permits, special equipment or third-party expenses should be agreed in writing.
Website calculators and indicative prices are non-binding estimates only. Final scope, deliverables, taxes, payment milestones, expenses and timelines will be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement. Work may begin after written approval and any agreed advance payment. Cancellation, postponement, kill fees, refunds, reshoot costs and revision rounds will be governed by the accepted proposal or project agreement.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, feedback should be consolidated by the client and supplied within the review period stated in the proposal. Additional revisions, changes to an approved brief, new deliverables or reshoots may require additional fees and time.
Delivery format, resolution, aspect ratios, captions, subtitles, project files and transfer method will be set out in the project agreement. The client should download and securely back up delivered files promptly. Long-term archiving of raw footage or project files is not included unless expressly agreed. We will not publicly display confidential client work or identify a client in our portfolio where the project agreement or written instructions prohibit it; otherwise, any portfolio/showreel use should be agreed with the client.
